Rochelle Davis is a seasoned professional trainer with over 20 years of experience in the L&D field. As an instructor, Rochelle is highly skilled and experienced in managing the change process of individuals and teams in the training environment.
Her facilitation style is engaging and highly interactive. She is as comfortable in a public workshop setting as she is with on-site corporate training and virtual workshops.
Rochelle’s considerable experience is in curriculum and instructional design, group facilitation, individual mentoring and coaching.
She has worked extensively across a broad and varied range of industries. Using this background, Rochelle brings many diverse professional and personal experiences to learners or organizations with whom she is privileged to work.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant and trainer, Rochelle’s professional experience included 20 years as Lead Technology Trainer for the Arlington Public School System. She served as a liaison between SMEs (subject matter experts) and technical experts to identify training delivery needs and develop appropriate training to address the needs of the target audience.
She designed and implemented the Back to School Professional Development Training for over 400 staff members.
