Karen Feeley is an award-winning trainer and facilitator, instructional designer, project manager, editor, and published author who, since 1996, has provided workplace learning consulting services to a world-wide client base that includes Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, non-profits, and international organizations. In 2009, she founded Comprehensive Learning Solutions, which offers a full suite of top-quality training-related services.
Karen’s value-add is her ability to work closely with subject matter experts, quickly learn complex subjects, and translate them into informative and engaging training that others can teach. This is evidenced by the wide range of topics on which she has developed and presented training, which includes interpersonal networking, performance management, goal setting, internal consulting skills, interpersonal communication, diversity awareness, personnel systems, financial audits, chartering integrated product teams in a competency aligned organization, testing and evaluation procedures for acquisitions, graphic facilitation methodology, sexual assault and harassment prevention training, eucalyptus tree farming, and financial literacy.

Karen holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Training and Development from George Washington University and a BA in Chinese Area Studies from American University. In her spare time, she has published several journal articles, a novel entitled Project 20/20: The Experiment and a non-fiction book entitled Easier Done Than Said: Living with a Broken Voice.
