Ellen Brennan is a professional workshop leader and certified coach who brings over 20 years experience in Training and Development and the technology industry. She is the founder of Performance Coaching and Training, a provider of professional development services to individuals and organizations.
Sample Training Assignments Ms. Brennan designed a customer service course for Road Runner’s Customer Call Center. From requirements definition through to course delivery, Ms. Brennan worked with subject matter experts to build a program to ensure the readiness of their telephone support representatives.
For Raytheon, Ellen facilitated planning sessions with engineers and managers to re-engineer various business operations. This involved developing business process models to support their implementation of Six Sigma projects. She trained the engineers to maintain these modules using an automated design tool.
Ms. Brennan gained experience in all aspects of training from being a “department of one” through to Director level of worldwide training with P&L responsibility. She spent nine years working internationally, based in England, delivering services across Europe.
