The Training Clinic is delighted to announce our offering of Evidence Based Certifications as part of our ongoing development and acknowledgment for experienced Learning and Development professionals worldwide.
Evidence based certifications requires applicants to demonstrate proficiency in international theory-free, model-free performance standards identified by The Training Clinic to real world workplace situations.
The process to earn an evidence-based certification has many steps. First, applicants must have the required years of experience in the topic which will vary with each certification. Applicants are required to describe their learning process, experiences and results their work was expected to accomplish. They submit testaments from clients and stakeholders that the descriptions accurately reflect their work and the results achieved. The documentation then goes through a double-blind review by our team of Certified Master Facilitators who have been trained as reviewers. Applicants whose work does not demonstrate the standards are given feedback. Those whose work does demonstrate the standards are awarded certification.
In addition to our almost 40 years of experience and our reputation throughout the L&D community, in the development of our certification programs we reviewed competencies for training and development professionals recommended by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi). No one else provides evidence-based certifications in these topics, attesting to the knowledge a professional gains and demonstrates both inside and outside of a classroom environment.
We will be offering three types of Evidence Based Certifications:
Our Evidence Based CPC will be available sometime during 1Q 2016. The CTM will be rolled out before the end of 2016 with the CTT to follow early 2017. For more information on our Evidence Based Certification programs please contact us at email@example.com
