A Train-the-Trainer Conference helps groups with diverse needs meet each individual's requirements with a menu of 90 minute workshop sessions. The Training Clinic can create a "customized" workshop or conference to meet your organization's specific needs. Four topics can be presented by one trainer in a one-day workshop format or, in a conference format, one trainer can present four topics, two trainers can present seven topics and three trainers can present 10-12 topics.
Alternately, we can delivery one or more of the topics as a part of your organization's event.
Our Approach
We believe in learning by doing, not just by listening. All of our workshops require a high level of participation by the learner. Transfer of skills to the workplace is stressed by action planning during each workshop.
