Tacy Riehm is a Master Instructor at the Training Clinic, facilitating our full range of train-the-trainer curriculum since 2009. Tacy’s genuine passion for developing people and her talent for adult learning creates an environment that inspires and motivates participants to reach new levels of growth.
She has also functioned as a leadership coach for a 360˚ feedback program and an annual associate satisfaction survey.
In addition to her work with The Training Clinic, Tacy is an Organizational Development Consultant for a Fortune 100 company, putting into action and modeling what she teaches. She consults with department heads to identify skill gaps and then designs, delivers, and measures different learning interventions. Before working with her current company, Tacy was the Training Director for a design and manufacturing company. There she trained sales professionals on product and industry knowledge as well as technical and sales skills. She worked with all associates but specialized in both inside/outside sales training and traveled with sales associates to help develop their sales presentation skills.
Tacy is committed to a genuine learning process and helping people develop both personally and professionally. She has a passion for sharing adult learning principles with training professionals so they are able to be more effective and to increase retention with their learners. She is a dynamic presenter who engages her audience through humor and real life examples.
Tacy has her BA in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and has been actively involved in ASTD for many years. She has received facilitation certificates from ASTD and Achieve Global.
