Brouwer
Consult International (BCI) was founded in 2005 by
Hans Brouwer
as a consulting &
training company, specializing in Human Resource Management and Human
Resource Development.
Hans
has an educational background in Marketing,
General Economics and HR.
He
started his career as an international trainee at Rust-Oleum Corporation
in the
USA
and worked
in different sales and management functions.
After
that he became a management
trainer and senior-consultant
and has also been working in various HRM and
HRD jobs for a large public transport company in the
Netherlands
,
managing a training department and
being responsible for management & organizational
development. As a project
manager he contributed to
various European projects on Public Transport, such as Voyager (www.voyager-network.org)
and CTUE- Urban Transport Driver.
As
a 20
year licensee of
The Training Clinic he has
conducted numerous on-site Train-the-Trainer workshops for the Training
Clinic in
Europe
for a great variety of international companies.
BCI
is also a partner of Bridge2Think, who offer a wide range of Online
Leadership & Management Development programs ( www.bridge2think.com)
Hans
is an active member of the
NVO2
, the Dutch Association of HRD professionals, where he
serves as Chair International Affairs. (www.nvo2.nl)
