Tacy Riehm

Tacy is a training consultant for a Fortune 100 company and has an excellent background in training delivery, needs assessment, and design.  Her area of expertise is in management/leadership development, sales training, presentation skills, and new hire orientation. Before working with her current company, Tacy was the Training Director for a design and manufacturing company.  There she helped facilitate Sales Conferences and Leadership Development Retreats for the executive team.  She worked with all associates but specialized in both inside/outside sales training and traveled with sales associates to help develop their sales presentation skills. 

Tacy is passionate about the learning process and helping people develop both personally and professionally.  She is a dynamic presenter who engages her audience through humor and real life examples.  Tacy’s passion for development extends beyond the corporate arena as she has been asked to speak at several MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) organizations throughout Orange County.  Her mission is to encourage and inspire moms in their important role of motherhood. 

Tacy has her BA in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and has been actively involved in ASTD for many years.  She has received facilitation certificates from ASTD and Achieve Global.
