Anita Nicholson is an independent
corporate trainer based in Nova Scotia, Canada. She has 20 years experience
planning, designing and delivering a variety of training programs to meet
corporate requirements. Her objective is to analyze training needs and apply
learning strategies and training techniques that deliver immediate results.

During Anita's career in business and industrial training, she has had extensive experience in a variety of fields. She has worked with several of the Magna companies, giving her good insight into the field of the manufacturing of automotive parts. Her training has also taken her into the aerospace industry, the medical field, financial services, the computer industry and a multitude of manufacturing companies. Major clients have included:

As a contract instructor with a nationally known company, The Training Clinic, Anita conducts a variety of train-the-trainer workshops. She is as comfortable in public workshop sessions as with in-company presentations.
In her capacity as a consultant, Anita helps her clients to identify training needs and works closely with them to ensure objectives are met. She enjoys delivering programs that encourage participants to learn through working with their own cases and situations to develop their skills.
