Ron Garnett

Ron Garnett, President and CEO of Practical Performance, Inc., has distinguished himself as an outstanding manager, trainer, and effective performance improvement specialist. His broad background in Sales, Human Resources and Operations provide a unique combination of resources and competencies.

He held executive posts as Sr. VP/Director of Operations, Vice President Training and Development, Vice President Human Resources, and Vice President Corporate Development at Jaydor Corp. Manager of Sales Training and Recruitment for Chesebrough-Ponds, Inc. and Manager, Sales Training and Development with American Can Company.
