Master Train-the-Trainer Instructor

Diane Fadley is founder, owner and director of Fadley Associates, a Virginia-based consulting firm specializing in human relations and communication training since 1983. In addition to facilitating public workshops, Diane has conducted hundreds of custom designed in-house training programs for a wide range of private and public sector clients:

A versatile trainer, Diane facilitates workshops in such varied topics as management development, supervisory training, public speaking and briefing techniques, meeting management, customer service, professional development for secretaries, interpersonal and communications skills, and time management.

As a contract instructor with a nationally known company, The Training Clinic, Diane conducts a variety of train-the-trainer workshops. She is as comfortable in public workshop sessions as with in-company presentations.

Before opening her own consulting firm, Diane's professional experience included eight years as an Employee Development Specialist with the U. S. Office of Personnel Management Regional Training Center in Los Angeles. Diane traveled throughout the western United States and the Orient conducting workshops and training sessions for federal, county and state agencies. She also served as Director of Training for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service in the Western Region where she managed the full range of training operations.

Diane is a veteran professional trainer who has appeared as a guest speaker for national and regional conferences. She is a certified instructor for the "Interaction Management" and "Investment in Excellence" programs.

Diane is a skilled and energetic presenter who combines her own experience with leading edge training methods to deliver one-of-a-kind training experiences.

Diane has been a Training Clinic instructor for over 13 years.
