Linda Ernst Master Trainer

Linda Ernst is president of Training Resource, an independently owned consulting and training company. Since 1983, she has facilitated hundreds of custom designed in-house workshops for a wide range of industrial and organizational clients, including:

Linda facilitates group sessions for a variety of team experiences such as, staff and Board retreats, leadership team group activities, annual meetings and organization events. As a senior faculty member and the Core Curriculum Designer at Interstrength Associates, Linda consults and trains with client teams, develops and teaches workshops and co-facilitates MBTI^® Qualifying Programs. She is certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator^® in both individual and group settings.  She has experience designing and facilitating workshops using a variety of type and temperament frameworks for personal development, leadership development, team building, and for trainers.

Linda has extensive preparation in adult learning theory, workshop presentation methods, facilitation techniques and instructional design.  As an instructional design consultant, she has helped organizations develop courses in topics that include quality improvement, communication skills for managers, consulting skills for trainers, and using type dynamics to facilitate teams.  She is equally comfortable presenting training to technical, supervisory and management audiences.
