Client: Large U.S. Federal Agency 

Program Title: Performance Consulting Skills Training Course Via Distance Learning

Conducted:

focus groups
interviews of Education Branch Personnel and personnel
from other federal agencies and private industry
teleconferences with Site Facilitators

as part of the design and presentation of 6 four-hour modules of "Transition to Performance Consulting".  This training was delivered via satellite to 86 downlinks with over 800 participants in the largest video satellite training program ever conducted by this major Federal Agency.

Follow-up Program : Advanced Performance Consulting Skills Training Course

Following a Level III evaluation of the "Introduction to Performance Consulting", an implementation strategy was developed to assist Education Branch Managers make performance consulting a way of doing business.  Performance Consultant Coaches were selected and trained to assist Employee Development Specialists make the transition.

Client: Large, National Retail Association

Program Title: Multiple

Designed custom supervisory training for leads and supervisors in retail businesses based on needs assessment and interviews of retailers.  Conducted a wide range of training courses for the largest association of its kind in the United States:

Train-the-Trainer - two years
"Survival Skills for Supervisors" - eight sessions throughout the U.S.
" Success Strategies for Supervisors"

Client: Major International Airline (based in Asia)

Program Title: Commercial Training Department Audit

Audited the Commercial Training Department, September-October, 1996.  The audit reviewed and reported on the following systems:

staffing, trainer selection, roles of trainers 
administrative support and how training is scheduled
how on-going training needs are assessed
how training is evaluated, including trend analysis
role / responsibility of training supervisors and managers

The  systems were audited through interviews, review of reports, observation and discussion.

Client: Major Metropolitan Transportation District

Program Title: Multiple

Assessed needs, researched through interviews, reports and observations and designed the following workshops for delivery, including train-the-trainer, by District's personnel.

Client: Large Metropolitan Utility District

Contract Title: Instructional Development for New Lead Team Members

Assess instructional skills of 20 candidates to become "Lead Team Members" for a 2-year rotational assignment to present manager development training.  Six "Lead Team" members were eventually selected.  The Training Clinic participated in their selection, coaching and development in this nine-month project.  

Client: Major Association

Program Title: Management Development Consulting & Training  

Provided management development needs assessment, training, team building and consulting to help the association president complete a strategic plan and quality improvement measures to improve the quality and efficiency of the operation.
