Follow-up
Program : Advanced Performance Consulting Skills Training Course
Following
a Level III evaluation of the "Introduction to Performance Consulting",
an implementation strategy was developed to assist Education Branch Managers
make performance consulting a way of doing business.
Performance Consultant Coaches were selected and trained to assist
Employee Development Specialists make the transition.

instructional skills of 20 candidates to become "Lead Team Members"
for a 2-year rotational assignment to present manager development training.
Six "Lead Team" members were eventually selected.
The Training Clinic participated in their selection, coaching and
development in this nine-month project.
