For international book/product orders a $ 10.00 order processing fee will be added to the total. All international orders are shipped via UPS Express and the shipping charges will be quoted prior to shipping.

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged actual shipping charges.  

Also, credit card payment or prepayment of the invoice will be required for international book/product orders.

Books and products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling. If you are unhappy with the book or product, return it to us in resalable condition within 30 days and we will credit your credit card for the purchase price, less the cost of shipping and handling.

Training books and tools are kept in stock and shipped within one day of receipt of your order. Shipment, unless otherwise specified, is by UPS ground and normally takes 4-5 days from coast-to-coast.
