The Training Clinic carries a carefully selected inventory of training
books, trainer tools, training games, interactive training simulations and
instructional activities. If your objective is to create a more active
training environment, consider using experiential activities to
set a more creative training setting. Instructional activities or training simulations,
such as the "Murder Mystery Card Deck" (a training simulation), involve the learner in a fun,
interactive learning experience. Training games, such as our "Challenge
Game...a training board game",
help maintain interest while effectively making your learning point.
Training Games
"Challenge...a
training board game", is an easily facilitated, generic board game,
which adds excitement to your training programs while it imparts,
reinforces and evaluates knowledge about your training topic. The Game
can be played by up to 5 participants or 5 teams. You can
incorporate "Challenge...a training board game" at any stage
of your training session ("New Employee Orientation",
"Customer Service" or "Sales Training" game cards
are available now) to provide a review, follow-up or reinforcement of
the content that has been covered.
